FEASIBILITY STUDY
Ford Thompson will evaluate the potential for your organization to support a fund raising and endowment program that not only achieves its immediate
financial goals, but also builds for a more secure future.
The feasibility study would be designed to evaluate the community’s reactions to your organization’s plans to initiate a fund raising and endowment
building program. The study results will lead to recommendations, which will chart a course for future action. The feasibility study process will consist of pre-study planning; confidential interviews
with 25 key community members, board members, and staff; and presentation of the final report. Those interviewed will be presented with the case statement describing the needs and plans of the organization.
The following is an outline of the four-step process Ford Thompson would undertake in the Study.
- Create a Study Committee.
- Determine the organization’s short-term and long-term requirements.
- Conduct on-site and personal interviews.
- Assemble data, draw conclusions about critical issues, and create recommendations.
Ford Thompson can initiate a feasibility study of your development program within 30 days after receipt of your approval.
The exact time-line will be finalized when the letter of engagement is signed with specific dates and deadlines included.
